Police Searching for Missing Utah College Student, Two Teens in MN

Authorities in two states seek the public’s help and find three teenagers that disappeared this week, a 19-year-old college student in Ephraim, Utah, and a 14-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl in Minnesota.

College student missing for days in Utah, police ask for public’s help

On Monday, December 13, 2021, campus security camera footage recorded Madelyn Allen, age 19, leaving the lobby of Snow Hall at Snow College on East College Avenue in Ephraim, Utah, at 9:22 p.m., Snow College reported.

Allen was last seen as she exited the glass doors of the lobby. She was carrying a plastic bag and wearing a long, white fleece jacket, a dark knee-length skirt, and flat shoes. Her wavy, reddish-brown hair was pulled back in a braided ponytail at the time. She has blue eyes and freckles.

The FBI has been called in and is working with Snow College Public Safety and local and state law enforcement, according to a post by the Ephraim City Police on their official Facebook page.

Authorities seeking public’s help

Snow College Public Safety, Ephraim City Police, and the FBI are asking anyone in the area and may have seen anything suspicious or believe they saw or have seen Madelyn Allen or have any information about her whereabouts, to contact authorities 435-283-7170.

The National Center for Missing and Endangered, Inc., a nonprofit organization that helps find missing persons, is also seeking donations to raise money to assist with finding Allen.

Roseville police searching for a 14-year-old boy

Izaich Mardi, 14, disappeared on Wednesday, described as African-American, black hair, brown eyes, 5 feet, 2 inches tall, and 110 pounds. Mardi left for school on Tuesday but failed to arrive and has made no contact with the family. Mardi was last seen wearing a Minnesota Twins stocking cap, a backpack, gray coat and red hoodie. Authorities ask anyone with any information to call 911.

Anoka County Sheriff’s Office searching for 15-year-old girl

Halle Marie Kelly Kennedy, 15, disappeared on Wednesday, last seen around 9:10 a.m., as she left her Andover home on a black mountain bike. She is described as a white female, with brown curly hair, blue eyes, five feet, two inches tall, weighing approximately 105-110 pounds. She was wearing a blue hat with a puffy ball on top, a black coat, and black boots.

The Anoka County Sheriff’s Office is working alongside investigators from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension. Anyone with any information about Kennedy is urged to contact Anoka County dispatch at (763) 427-1212 or call 911.
